What We Are

Maison Madison is a private office for the principal, rooted in New York's Upper East Side. We represent a discreet circle of families in the management of their homes, households, and private lives — with the rigour and discretion a family office brings to their affairs.

How We Operate

Representation We sit on your side of every table — vendor negotiations, staff matters, sensitive decisions, and the questions that call for judgment rather than a checklist.

Stewardship Beneath it, everything is held to one standard: residences, household, staff, vendors, travel, and the details of private life.

Guardianship Above it all, we look after what no vendor is engaged to look after — your time, your privacy, and your peace.

The Relationship Model

Every principal in our care has a fixed, dedicated team. The same estate manager. The same housekeeping team. The same vetted vendors. Always. The relationship is the service.

The Firm, Maison Madison - Office of the Principal - Estate Manager
  • "We know what you need before you land."

Every principal has a Household Profile — a living, encrypted record of how you live. Before every arrival, your estate manager prepares a single-page brief. You are never surprised by your own property. We anticipate what we know. We confirm what we don't.

  • "Your life moves. Your homes follow."

New York. Palm Beach. London. A yacht in August. The residence changes; your standard does not. The pillow you prefer, water beside the bed, breakfast at your hour, the dog's meals prepared exactly as they are at home. Wherever you wake, it is your household.

  • "Nothing is documented. Everything is remembered."

Staff change. Assistants change. Vendors change. The knowledge of how your household runs should not. From your Household Profile we build the Maison Logbook — the living record of your home — held in confidence, under mutual NDA, from before the first conversation.

  • "We understand your world before you explain it."

Our principals come from London and Riyadh, from Hong Kong and Geneva, from New York and Dubai. We do not ask them to adapt to us. We have already adapted to them. Ramadan protocols, Halal and Kosher provisioning, female-only household teams, multilingual correspondence — these are not accommodations we offer. They are the standard we maintain.
